Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free for orders above ₹999)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (₹150)
• Next Day Delivery: Available in select cities (₹300)

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Order value
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping method
• Product weight and dimensions

Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

We currently ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Delivery to remote areas may take additional 2-3 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account under "My Orders."

• Contact our customer support within 48 hours of expected delivery
• Provide your order number and tracking details
• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
