Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
  • Before the order is shipped for a full refund
  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible but you may return the product

To cancel an order, log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to cancel.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Original invoice must be included with the return

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Combo packs with missing items
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval notification will be sent via email within 2-3 business days
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund typically appears in 5-7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order
  3. Click on "Request Return"
  4. Select the reason for return
  5. Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
  6. You will receive return instructions via email
